2009 Puma first round "sprite"
This is the first post on Sneakerbred! If you're reading this first and foremost, thank you! This post comes with a certain sentimental value to me. The "Sprite" First Round Puma was the pair of sneakers that started my interest in collecting. They are a predominantly leather shoe with a padded upper, and interestingly enough a skateboard shoe. I say interesting because I've never lasted longer than a few moments on a skateboard. These sneakers simply caught my eye with their captivating green color way. I bought them as "school-shoes" which is a term I'm sure some of you are familiar with. You know, the shoes you would wear on the first day to capture the attention of your peers when your feet once again graced your school's hallways. For me, these sneakers were my freshman year of high school. I got mixed reviews, but to this day they are my favorite pair of sneakers. They retailed originally at $75.00, now they're actually quite hard to get your hands on. You may have to look at popular sites like Kixify.com or even the ever so popular Ebay to get your hands on a pair.
